How CDS works
CDS is a business-to-business procurement platform. Clients publish tenders free of charge. Verified service providers subscribe to access the tender board and submit proposals. CDS reviews submissions and presents the client with a shortlist, and the client awards the contract directly to the provider of their choice.
Contracts are entered into directly between the client and the awarded provider. CDS does not process, hold, escrow or settle payments between clients and providers, and does not supply, sell, trade or handle any goods, equipment or materials. Our role is to verify providers, structure the tender process and support fair evaluation.
